Description: A wooden sculpture depicting a pioneer family. The father holds an axe in his hands whilst the mother holds a restless child. A second child is hiding behind her mother's dress.

Date Unveiled: 2005

Location: The wood sculpture can be found on the corner of Grange and Warren Road, Nannup, Western Australia.

Background to Against the Forest Wall sculpture: It took three attempts before the Nannup Council finally agreed to erect the sculpture due to cost considerations. It had previously been recommended twice by the Council's Streetscape Committee.
