Description: A 160cm bronze statue in honour of Kimi Iwasaski, a little girl who was adopted by an American Misionary couple but was unable to make the voyage to America because she contracted tuberculosis. Kimi is dressed in Western clothes (including shoulder cloak) and clutching a purse. Her shoes are of course red.

Date Unveiled: 7th of August, 2009.

Location: The Little Girl can be found in the square in front of the museum wharf west of Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan.
