Description: The Our Common Condition sculpture features a 3m woman sitting on a wooden bench with her hands reaching out to a Dachshund dog that is begging on its hind legs. The sculpture is made from steel, fibreglass, wood and concrete.

Location: Our Common Condition sculpture is located in John Tonkin Park, East Fremantle, Western Australia.

Background to Our Common Condition: The sculpture, by Russell Sheridan, originally appeared in the “Sculpture at Bathers” exhibition in March 2013 at Bathers Beach in Fremantle . The piece was later purchased by the East Fremantle Shire and erected in the park, much to the surprise of the regulars who frequent the park and Zephyr's Cafe.
