Description: A bronze statue of a naked woman, drying her shoulders and back with a towel.

Date: The Schwimmerin was completed c.1959

Location: The statue is located outside of the local swimming pool at Neckarbrücke, Heilbronn, Germany

Trivia: The Swimmer statue in Bernau was stolen on Good Friday, 2011, leaving only her feet. The body was later recovered. The city restored the work at a cost of €6500.
