Date Unveiled: The Obelsik was unveiled by Princess Beatrix and Prince Claus of the Netherlands on the 27th of May, 1978.

Location: The Vlamingh Memorial is located on South Beach, along Marine Parade, Cottesloe, Western Australia. There is a car park nearby which has several walkways leading to it.
