Public Art in Tasmania
Tasmania, the “Apple Isle” is an Australian island and state which is about 240km from the main land of Australia. Almost 37% of Tasmania lies in reserves, national parks and World Heritage Sites. Tasmania was once home to the now extinct Tasmanian Tiger (thylacine), a pair of which feature on the State’s coat of arms.
