Description: The Fragment sculpture is made from forged steel and concrete. Fragment sculpure explores the fragility of WAs coastal and agricultural environment.  Especially focusing on the fragile top soil that affects vegetaion and growth. 

The sculpture was part of the 2008 Sculptures by the Sea exhibition at Cottesloe.

Date Unveiled: The sculpture was purchased by the City of Melville in  2009.

Location: The Fragment sculpture is located outside the Raffles Hotel near the Canning Bridge, Applecross, Western Australia.
