Description : Sculptor Hans Arkeveld, has incorporated a water pipe, tap and wheelbarrow into his sculpture to reflect Mundaring’s origins as the supplier of water to the goldfields. Various garden implements and tools are also embedded into the goldfield pipe.

In 1991 a fence was installed around the sculpture to protect the fibreglass tap which was constantly in need of repair.
